01 — Shipping
At Réduce Objects, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of confirmation, depending on product availability. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer international shipping to most countries, with delivery times typically ranging from 5 to 14 business days. For all orders, you will receive tracking information once your package has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. While we take great care to ensure your items arrive safely, we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit once the items leave our warehouse. 02 — Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make returns as easy as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items, as well as sale and clearance items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned.
03 — Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement item. If the returned item qualifies for a refund, we will issue it as soon as we process the return, but exchanges must be handled as separate transactions. 04 — Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect, as this will help us process your request quickly. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement depending on your preference.
